Rubber
Reinforcement, cure activation and cost extension — the three jobs minerals do in a rubber compound, and the grades that do each of them properly.
Reinforcement & hardness
Carbon black, calcined kaolin, talc and precipitated grades to set modulus, hardness and tear.
Cure activation
Zinc oxide grades for vulcanisation activation, with the purity and surface area your cure system needs.
Cost extension
Treated carbonates and dolomite for cost extension, with particle size and coating chosen to protect physicals.
Non-black & coloured
White and light-coloured filler and pigment systems for technical, coloured and food-contact rubber.
23 grades for rubber
Minerals and specialities together. Narrow by product group or search by name and property — samples can be requested for these grades, with CoA, SDS and REACH status.

Aluminium Silicate
White aluminium silicate grades used as functional fillers and extenders across a wide range of industrial applications.

ATH (Aluminium Hydroxide)
Aluminium hydroxide has good fire retardant properties and is very effective as a smoke suppressant in a wide range of applications such as polymers and rubber.

Bentonite
A highly absorbent and viscous plastic clay, used as a binding, sealing, absorbing and lubricating agent.

Calcined Kaolin
An anhydrous aluminium silicate produced by heating ultrafine natural kaolin to high temperatures. Calcination increases whiteness and hardness and improves electrical properties.

Calcium Carbonate
Both treated and untreated Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC), marble and chalk grades.

Carbon Black
Carbon black is mainly used as a pigment and reinforcing phase in automobile tyres.

China Clay
Kaolin (china clay) is a hydrated aluminium silicate crystalline mineral, characterised by fine particle size, plate-like shape and chemical inertness.

Diatomaceous Earth
A naturally occurring soft siliceous sedimentary rock, easily crumbled into a fine white powder with low density and high porosity.

Dolomite
A calcium magnesium carbonate making up to 2% of the earth's crust, used across a wide variety of applications.
SpecialityFatty Acids & Esters
Fatty acids and ester lubricants for polymer processing and construction chemistry.

Feldspar
Aluminosilicates whose fusibility and purity make them a useful raw material for a full range of ceramic and glass-making applications.

Kaolin
Kaolin (china clay) is a hydrated aluminium silicate crystalline mineral formed by the alteration of feldspathic rocks, with fine particle size, lamellar shape and chemical inertness.

Lightweight Chamotte
A low-density calcined clay aggregate for insulating refractories.

Magnesite
A magnesium carbonate mineral used as a refractory material, catalyst and filler, and for the preparation of magnesium chemicals and fertilizers.
SpecialityMetallic Soaps & Stearates
Metallic soaps, stearates, esters and fatty acids as lubricants, release agents and acid scavengers for polymer and construction systems.

Mica
A group of lamellar silicate minerals distinguished by high aspect ratio and elasticity, available in a wide range of particle sizes.

Natural Magnesium Hydroxide
A halogen-free mineral flame retardant filler for polymer compounds and cable.
SpecialitySynthetic Silicates
Engineered silicates used as functional extenders and matting agents.

Talc
Talc is a platy magnesium silicate and the softest mineral on the Mohs scale, supplied in lamellar and microcrystalline grades.
SpecialityTiO2 & White Pigments
Titanium dioxide produced by the sulphate and chloride routes from ilmenite and titanium slag feedstocks, in anatase and rutile grades for the coating, ink, rubber, fibre and paper industries.
SpecialityZinc Dust
Zinc dust for anti-corrosive primers and zinc-rich protective coating systems.
SpecialityZinc Oxide
Zinc oxide manufactured via the French process from high purity raw materials, in grades suited to coatings, rubber and ceramics.
SpecialityZinc Sulfide
A high-refractive-index white pigment for demanding polymer and coating systems.
Surface area, activation,
and the cure you already run
Zinc oxide is not a commodity when your cure package is tuned around it. Neither is a semi-reinforcing filler.
- ✓Cure-system aware selection. We match zinc oxide surface area and purity to your accelerator package rather than to a price list.
- ✓Samples with data. Full technical data with every sample — not just a bag and a phone number.
- ✓Scale-up support. Once qualified, we lock in the supply route, packaging and stock level before you launch.
- ✓Second source planning. Where it matters, we help you qualify an alternate grade in advance rather than during a shortage.
