Sealant formulations are unforgiving about water and surface chemistry. Consistency between lots matters more than a headline number.
- Moisture and treatment control. We specify the drying and coating route with the producer, and hold it as part of the supply agreement.
- Samples with data. Full technical data with every sample — not just a bag and a phone number.
- Scale-up support. Once qualified, we lock in the supply route, packaging and stock level before you launch.
- Second source planning. Where it matters, we help you qualify an alternate grade in advance rather than during a shortage.
